It does not cover the BERTBrain software platform used by our customers, which is governed by customer agreements.

- Contact, partner and support forms: your name, organization, email, phone number, and anything you tell us in your message (for example, your facility type, the markets you serve, or the help you need).
- Savings calculator: the facility details you enter (such as building type, floor area, electricity rate, schedule and device counts) and your results. If you request the detailed analysis, we also collect your name, work email, organization and, optionally, your phone number, role and purchase preference, along with a record of the consent box you ticked.
- Website chat: the messages you exchange with our website assistant, plus any contact details you choose to share. The assistant is an automated AI assistant that answers from BERT's published information; the BERT team may review conversations to follow up and improve our answers.
- Text messages: if you opt in, your mobile number and your consent record.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical information that any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.
- Website analytics: our own first-party script counts page visits, how visitors arrive (for example from a search, a link or an email), the type of device, and use of the savings calculator, so we can improve the site. It does not collect your name or contact details, uses no advertising cookies, and does not track you on other websites. It keeps a temporary session identifier in your browser that is cleared when you close the tab.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The chat feature stores a session identifier in your browser so your conversation continues from page to page, and our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies for security.

You can opt out of follow-up emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. We may still send messages directly related to a request you made or an agreement you have with us.
